About Our Nonprofit Status
Evolve & Unite Festival is organized by the Evolve & Unite Foundation, a nonprofit organization registered in the state of Oregon. Our Articles of Incorporation are filed and active, and we are currently in the process of submitting our IRS Form 1023 for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

All sponsorships, donations, and in-kind contributions are considered charitable contributions and may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Sponsors will receive an official acknowledgment letter for their records upon request.

If you require a copy of our Oregon nonprofit registration or IRS documentation, we are happy to provide it.
