Each booth at the Evolve & Unite Festival provides a dedicated space for vendors to showcase their offerings in a vibrant, high-energy environment.

 

All 8'x10' booths include one 6' table and two chairs, giving you a comfortable and professional setup to engage with festival attendees.

All 6'x8' booths do NOT include a table (vendor must bring their own small table), and this booth includes two chairs.

 

Vendors are encouraged to bring banners, signage, and display materials to create an inviting and visually appealing space!

Electricity is not included but can be purchased separately through the Portland Expo Center’s third-party provider, with pricing starting at $140+. If you require power for your setup, we recommend arranging this in advance to ensure a seamless experience.
