What should I bring?
Bring a reusable water bottle, comfortable clothing, cash/card for vendors, and an open heart.
Are kids welcome?
Yes! Children are welcome and we have a Conscious Kids Corner just for them. Kids under 12 enter free with an adult.
Is the event accessible?
The Portland Expo Center is ADA-compliant and accessible for all mobility needs.
Will there be water stations?
Yes, we’ll have free refill stations available throughout the venue — stay hydrated and eco-friendly!
Is there overnight camping or lodging nearby?
No overnight camping is available on-site, but there are plenty of nearby hotels and group lodging options to help you stay close to the magic.
Do I need to pre-register for experiences or workshops?
All sessions, workshops and healing sessions are drop-in. We recommend arriving early or signing up on-site in advance to secure your spot.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals, but only service animals are permitted at the Portland Expo Center for the safety and comfort of all guests.
How do I apply to be a vendor, speaker, or volunteer?
Applications are open! Visit the "Get Involved" section of the site to apply as a vendor, speaker, or part of our amazing volunteer team.
What kind of activities are there?
Workshops, live art, sound healing, grief support, movement classes, and more.
Will food be available?
Yes — plant-based food vendors with vegan, GF, and nourishing options.
Is there parking?
Yes. Paid parking is available on-site at the Expo Center. It is $13/day
Can I volunteer?
Yes! Apply on our Volunteer page and receive a free day pass.
Will there be photos/video?
Yes. By attending, you agree to be photographed unless you opt out at check-in.
Is the venue accessible by public transit?
Yes! The Expo Center is the last stop on the MAX Yellow Line. Taking the MAX is strongly encouraged to avoid parking delays.
Are there restrooms and family facilities on-site?
Yes — we have multiple restroom locations, including ADA-accessible stalls and family restrooms throughout the venue.
Is there a coat or bag check?
No, not at this event. Please plan to carry your belongings with you.
Will there be vendors and shopping?
Yes! The Evolve & Unite Festival will have a conscious vendor village with products, services, art, and more.
Do vendors accept credit cards?
Most vendors will accept credit/debit cards or mobile payment apps. Some may be cash-only — we recommend bringing some cash just in case.
What about safety or emergencies?
We have on-site security, staff, and medical teams available. Please notify a volunteer or staff member immediately if you need help.
Will there be Wi-Fi or cell service inside the venue?
Cell service is usually reliable. Public Wi-Fi is not guaranteed — download anything important ahead of time.
