EVOLVE & UNITE FESTIVAL
Facilitate a Zone
Are you a space-holder, facilitator, or teacher of embodied transformation?

We’re inviting experienced community leaders and facilitators to help lead interactive spaces at the Evolve & Unite Festival.
Each zone focuses on a core theme — from embodiment and parenting to mental health and psychedelic integration. If you guide workshops, practices, or conversations that support healing, learning, and connection, we want to hear from you.
Zone facilitators help co-create and support these shared spaces, ensuring a welcoming, intentional experience for all who enter.
What It Means to Facilitate a Zone:
As a Zone Facilitator, you will:
-
Help co-design the vibe, flow, and experience of your assigned zone
-
Be a welcoming presence and guide throughout the day(s)
-
Lead or support scheduled classes, practices, or circles
-
Ensure your zone is held with intention, accessibility, and care
-
Collaborate with other facilitators, volunteers, and the Evolve & Unite team
*Zone facilitators do not need a vendor booth — your role is to hold and support the experience within a shared space.
